10/28/25: Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Certification Process Suspended

Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock announced a freeze on the issuance of new and renewed Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) certifications for state procurement, pending further action.
